Hi, I'm Sarah, and I'm so glad you are here.

I'm an Early Childhood Educator (M.Ed), wife, mama, and advocate of play for all. I believe that all children deserve a chance to learn through play and it's my mission to help parents discover their role in playful learning. From thoughtful toy selection and display to breaking down the 'why' behind play behaviors to encouraging families to connect through outside play - I'm passionate about helping YOU help your child play!

My Why
I've always been passionate about importance of play in learning and development for young children. From my time as an early intervention practitioner to my role as a child care center director, I have kept play and following a child's lead at the forefront of my work.
When my oldest daughter was born with Down syndrome, I was able to see first hand the power that a playful environment can have on child development. Once we shifted our focus away from pushing her to meet milestones towards spending time following her interests and lead, she simply blossomed. Weaving thoughtful play experiences into her day became so important - and teaching parents how to do the same for their little ones became my passion!
